Bergader is a German blue cheese with a semi-hard, compact paste, blue veins of noble mould (cultures of the Penicillium roqueforti species) and a thin rind. Packed in a 100g tray in protective atmosphere, it has a slightly straw-white colour and a bold, savoury, pleasant character, ideal for catering and Ho.Re.Ca. sharing platters.
