Soft cheese with a bloomy rind, produced in France from cow's milk with a maturation that develops a surface bloom of the Geotrichum and Penicillium type. The paste is soft and melting, white to straw-coloured, with a sweet, delicate flavour and a fat content on dry matter of 60%.

Ideal for a French cheese board served with bread, nuts and preserves, or presented at room temperature as a finishing course. Suggested cut into slices or wedges, leaving it to rest out of the fridge before service to bring out its creaminess.
