Frozen classic focaccia, hand-made using an artisan method and oven-baked, topped with fresh tomato, pitted olives, extra virgin olive oil and oregano. Once baked it has a crisp crust and a soft, open crumb, ideal as table bread or as a base for aperitivo in the Ho.Re.Ca. setting.

- Main ingredients: soft wheat flour type "0", re-milled durum wheat semolina, water, extra virgin olive oil, yeast; topping of fresh tomato, pitted olives, extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano
- Cooking: preheat a static oven to 200°C, open the bag, bake on the middle shelf for about 12 minutes; optional thawing at room temperature for 10/15 minutes
- Storage: keep frozen at -18°C; consume within 12 months of the production date
- Allergens: contains gluten; may contain traces of soy, mustard, lupin, milk, fish and sesame seeds
