Classic tomato focaccia, a frozen bakery product made entirely by hand using an artisan method. A dough of type "0" soft wheat flour and re-milled durum wheat semolina, topped with fresh tomato, pitted olives, extra virgin olive oil and oregano. Ideal as a base for snacks, starters and counter offerings across hospitality.
- Format: round focaccia, 28 cm diameter, 700 g net weight
- Sold as: sold by the case
- Main ingredients: type "0" soft wheat flour, re-milled durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil, high-oleic sunflower oil, yeast; topping of fresh tomato, pitted olives, extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano
- Cooking: preheat a static oven to 200°C, open the bag and remove the focaccia, bake on the middle shelf for about 12 minutes; thawing is optional, rest for 2-3 minutes after baking
- Storage: keep at -18°C; consume within 12 months of the production date. Do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: contains gluten; may contain traces of soy, mustard, lupin, milk, fish, sesame seeds

Pairs well with cured meats, fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables. Serve cut into wedges or squares for buffets, aperitifs and sharing platters, or filled for sandwiches and takeaway snacks. A staple of the Puglia tradition, it works well warm as an accompaniment or as a tempting counter offering.
