Semi-finished powder preparation for making lemon sorbets, produced by Fabbri 1905 in Bologna. It contains lemon juice and is gluten free, designed for slush machines and batch freezers in restaurants, bars and gelaterias.

- Main ingredients: sugar, vegetable fats (coconut, palm), citric acid, lemon juice (2%), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins
- Preparation: pour the contents of 1 bag into a jug, add 2.5 litres of water and the juice of 3 lemons, stir and pour into the slush machine; for a milder taste dilute in 3 litres of water
