Sweet raw croissant for baking, with an elongated shape and pale colour, blast-frozen raw and filled to 40% with custard cream. Made by Surbador (Veglie, Lecce) in the Salento tradition, it is designed for hotel, bar and coffee shop breakfast service, baked to order for a fragrant, freshly made croissant.

  • Format: pack of 50 pieces in a food bag, inside a labelled white outer box
  • Sold as: sold by the case
  • Main ingredients: type 00 WHEAT flour, vegetable fats and oils (palm, coconut, sunflower), anhydrous BUTTER, yeast; custard filling with whole MILK, sugar, maize starch, EGG yolk, BUTTER
  • Cooking: thaw in the fridge for at least 90 minutes, preheat the oven to 200°C, brush with beaten egg and bake for about 18-20 minutes
  • Storage: 8 months at -18°C
  • Allergens: WHEAT (gluten), MILK, EGG; made in a facility that also handles gluten cereals, soy, nuts and sesame seeds
