Frozen Leccese cornetto, a raw sweet bakery product with an elongated shape and pale colour, the typical aroma of raw brioche and a double custard and sour cherry filling. Made in Veglie, in the province of Lecce, it is ideal for the Italian-style breakfast and morning buffets.
- Format: 50 pieces of 120 g, in a food bag inside a labelled white outer box
- Sold as: Sold by the case
- Main ingredients: soft WHEAT flour type 00, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower, coconut), BUTTER, custard filling (MILK, EGG yolk, BUTTER) and sour cherry filling with cherries and cherry pieces
- Cooking: thaw in the fridge for at least 60 minutes, preheat the oven to 180°, brush with egg and bake for about 20/22 minutes
- Storage: 8 months when kept at -18°C
- Allergens: contains WHEAT (gluten), EGG, MILK; may contain CEREALS with GLUTEN, NUTS, SOYA and SESAME
