Frozen Cornetto Leccese, a raw sweet bakery product with an elongated shape and light colour, carrying the typical aroma of raw brioche. Made with buttered dough and a double filling of cream and hazelnut chocolate, to be baked on demand.

  • Format: pack of 50 pieces in a food-grade bag, inside a labelled outer box. Single piece weight at origin 120 g.
  • Sold as: sold by the box.
  • Main ingredients: soft WHEAT flour type 00, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower, coconut), BUTTER; cream filling (MILK, EGG yolk, butter) and hazelnut filling (HAZELNUTS 8%, low-fat cocoa, skimmed MILK).
  • Cooking: thaw in the fridge for at least 60 minutes, preheat the oven to 180°, brush with egg and bake for about 20/22 minutes.
  • Storage: frozen at -18°, shelf life 8 months.
  • Allergens: GLUTEN (WHEAT), EGG, MILK; may contain GLUTEN-containing CEREALS, NUTS, SOYA and SESAME.
