ISCHITANO CROISSANT 90 gr x 50 (SG)
9 sold in last 24 hours
Born on the beautiful volcanic island of Ischia in the Bay of Naples, this is not your typical French croissant, nor is it a standard Italian cornetto. It is a brilliant, hybrid pastry famous for its double-dough ("doppio impasto") technique. Instead of choosing between the flaky, buttery crunch of a French croissant and the soft, pillow-like sweetness of an Italian brioche, the Ischitano combines both.
