Burrata delights are a filled fresh egg pasta, frozen and bronze-drawn, with 60% filling based on Burrata di Puglia (33.4%) and ricotta. With their typical oval shape, they are designed for refined first courses in Italian hospitality.

- Main ingredients: fresh egg pasta with 60% filling; Burrata 33.4% (milk, cream), ricotta, soft wheat flour, eggs 8%, durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil
- Cooking: bring salted water to the boil, add the still-frozen pasta and cook for 4/5 minutes from when it returns to the boil; drain and season to taste
- Storage: at -18°C for up to 18 months; in the fridge (0/4°C) for 24 hours; do not refreeze once thawed
- Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk. May contain crustaceans, fish, soy, nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios), celery, molluscs
