Pizza-style dough parcels filled with tomato and mozzarella, frozen at origin and produced by Rispo Frozen Food in Campania. A fried finger-food snack, ideal for aperitivo, buffets and quick service across Ho.Re.Ca. venues.

- Main ingredients: soft WHEAT flour "00" 33.7%, water, cow's-milk mozzarella 11.8% (MILK), tomato pulp 7.4%, durum WHEAT semolina, cooked ham 4.6%, lard, white wine, pecorino, béchamel, brewer's yeast
- Cooking: defrost and deep-fry in plenty of hot oil at 180/190°C for 3-4 minutes
- Storage: frozen product, 15 months at -18°C; to be consumed after cooking
- Allergens: gluten, milk and dairy, celery. May contain traces of sulphites, egg, fish, soya and crustaceans
