Rustic gluten-free baguettina made with corn starch, rice flour and corn flour. A frozen bread to finish in the oven, designed to offer a gluten-free alternative in the daily service of restaurants, hotels and catering operations.

- Main ingredients: water, corn starch, rice flour, yeast, corn flour, sucrose, salt, stabilizers (E412, E461), raising agents (E500ii)
- Cooking: in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes (time may vary according to the oven and the quantity of product)
- Storage: frozen product, store between -10°C and -20°C; do not refreeze after thawing and consume within 48 hours
