Pre-cooked, filled fresh egg pasta, frozen, with a ricotta and spinach filling. Made by Surgital at the Laboratorio Tortellini in Emilia Romagna, it is designed for foodservice operators needing an oven-ready first course with consistent results.

- Main ingredients: filling 73% (ricotta 84%, spinach 7%, Grana Padano DOP, breadcrumbs, salt); pre-cooked egg pasta (durum wheat semolina, eggs 18.5%, water)
- Cooking: place on a buttered tray, cover with bechamel and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Traditional oven 30/35 min at 180°C; fan-assisted oven 15/18 min at 180°C; microwave 7/8 min at 750 W
- Storage: at < -18°C; once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours
