Aged pancetta coppata from Salumificio F.lli Coati, made with pork of EC origin and cased in a non-edible gut. A gluten-free and dairy-free cured meat, designed for sharing boards and antipasti in Italian-style hospitality.
- Format: half piece, vacuum-packed (SV), average weight 2.5 kg; carton of 4 pieces, about 10 kg.

Pairs well with rustic bread, focaccia and aged cheeses. Sliced thinly it is ideal on a mixed charcuterie board or as an Italian-style antipasto, and works equally well on bruschetta, gourmet sandwiches and main courses. Suggested with a glass of structured red wine.
