Giant fresh egg pasta tortelloni with bronze-drawn pasta and 45% filling, made by Canuti Tradizione Italiana in Rimini and frozen. The filling combines ricotta, Atlantic hake, oceanic crab, northern shrimp and American lobster, for a seafood first course suited to restaurants and banqueting.

- Main ingredients: soft wheat flour, ricotta, eggs 11%, Atlantic hake, durum wheat semolina, northern shrimp, oceanic crab 4.1%, American lobster 2.3%, vegetables and fish broth
- Cooking: add the still-frozen pasta to boiling salted water and cook for 5/6 minutes once it returns to the boil; drain and season to taste
- Storage: at -18°C for 18 months; in the fridge (0/4°C) 24 hours; once thawed do not refreeze
