Red onion tempura, made from red onion petals coated in a soft, delicate batter, prepared in a fully artisanal way and seasoned with turmeric and black pepper. Ideal as fried finger food, a starter or a crisp side dish in Ho.Re.Ca. service.

  • Cooking: deep-fryer at 175°C for about 3 minutes; oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes, turning halfway; air fryer from frozen at 200°C for about 6 minutes
