Red onion tempura, made from red onion petals coated in a soft, delicate batter, prepared in a fully artisanal way and seasoned with turmeric and black pepper. Ideal as fried finger food, a starter or a crisp side dish in Ho.Re.Ca. service.

- Main ingredients: red onion 26%, batter (water, type 00 soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, corn starch, salt, potato flakes, brewer's yeast, turmeric, black pepper), sunflower seed oil
- Cooking: deep-fryer at 175°C for about 3 minutes; oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes, turning halfway; air fryer from frozen at 200°C for about 6 minutes
- Storage: 24 months at -18°C; do not refreeze once thawed and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: contains gluten; may contain crustaceans, milk, soy and mustard
