Cut and freeze-dried chives, ready to use, produced by Greci. They keep a bright, even green colour and a pronounced chive aroma, with a clean and regular cut. Use them in any preparation that calls for raw onion but where a milder, less overpowering flavour is wanted, recalling the gentle note of leek.
