Sage leaves wrapped in a soft, delicate batter made with Nero di Troia wine, handmade and pre-fried. Frozen and ready to regenerate, it is ideal as finger food or a fried starter in Ho.Re.Ca. catering.
- Format: 4 bags of 1000g (approx.), 110/130 pieces per kg

- Main ingredients: batter (water, Nero di Troia wine, soft wheat flour type 00, durum wheat semolina, corn starch, salt, potato flakes, brewer's yeast), sage leaves 26%, sunflower oil
- Cooking: deep-fry at 175°C for about 3 minutes; in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes, turning halfway; in an air fryer at 200°C for about 6 minutes from frozen
- Storage: 24 months at -18°C; do not refreeze once thawed and consume within 24 hours
- Allergens: contains gluten and sulphites; may contain crustaceans, milk, soy and mustard
Ideal as finger food for aperitifs and buffets, served hot and crisp straight after regenerating. It pairs well with a mixed vegetable fry and a glass of white or rosé wine. Perfect as a tasty starter in the Apulian tradition.
