Lightly dried tomatoes, halved, preserved in oil and dressed with fresh basil, garlic and sugar. Made by Greci using 100% Italian tomatoes, with a fleshy texture similar to fresh tomato, ideal for the classic caprese, antipasti and cold dishes in general.
