Kentucky-style breaded chicken fillet strips, made with 51% chicken fillet and an orange-coloured spiced coating. Frozen and ready to fry or bake, they are ideal for fast food outlets, pubs and catering operations.

- Cooking: in a fryer or pan with plenty of hot oil at 175°C for 3-4 minutes until golden; or in a fan oven at 220°C for 18 minutes, cooking from frozen
- Storage: 24 hours in the fridge; up to 18 months in the freezer at -18°C
