Porcini and chestnut mushrooms cut into pieces and sautéed (trifolati) with cream, produced by Greci in Parma. Ideal for dressing polenta and meat dishes, and side dishes in general across Ho.Re.Ca. service.

- Storage: 36 months in a cool, dry place; once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2-4 days
