Powdered sponge cake mix by Greci, ideal for the classic tall and soft cake. Designed for pastry kitchens and catering, it simplifies the base for layered cakes, spoon desserts and plated puddings.
- Format: carton box with 3 sachets, net weight 1.380 kg

- Main ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour (type #00"), corn starch, dried EGG yolk, dried EGG white, LACTOSE, MILK proteins, emulsifiers, potato starch, raising agents, skimmed MILK powder, salt, flavourings, colours (curcumin, annatto)
- Cooking: 1 sachet + 250 ml water per cake; whip in a planetary mixer for 5 minutes, pour into a greased and floured 24 cm tin, bake at 180°C for 25 minutes in a static oven or at 160°C for 25 minutes in a fan oven
- Storage: keep in a cool, dry place; 24 months; once prepared, consume within 1-2 days
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten, milk and derivatives, eggs; may contain traces of SOYA and NUTS

Ideal as a base for cakes filled with custard, cream or fresh fruit, for mille-feuille and layered desserts. Suitable for vegetarians. Suggested for pastry buffets, plated restaurant desserts and bases to customise with syrups and ganache.
