A cream of finely ground cultivated button mushrooms enriched with black truffle, made by GRECI. A versatile condiment for professional kitchens, with a hazelnut colour speckled with black truffle pieces and a smooth, creamy texture.

- Storage: 36 months in a cool, dry place; once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 5-6 days
