A cream made with dried tomatoes (54%) processed by natural methods, enriched with olive oil, green olives, capers and anchovies. With a creamy, spreadable texture and an intense dried-tomato flavour with notes of olives, capers and anchovies, it is ideal for first courses, savoury pastry, bruschette and crostoni.

- Main ingredients: dried tomatoes (54%), olive oil (34.5%), green olives (4%), capers (3%), wine vinegar, anchovies (1%), salt, aromatic herbs, spices, basil (0.2%), sunflower oil. Gluten free (listed in the AIC register)
- Storage: 36 months in a cool, dry place; once opened keep refrigerated and use within 5-6 days
- Allergens: fish (anchovies). May contain traces of fish, crustaceans, molluscs, egg products, milk and derivatives, celery, nuts

Pairs well with bruschette and crostoni as a starter, or spread over a savoury pastry base. Ideal for dressing and enriching pasta dishes, where a few spoonfuls add a Mediterranean note. Also suggested as part of a sharing platter or a finger-food buffet.
