Pumpkin cream made with fresh pumpkins sourced from the best Italian growing areas, with a dense, velvety texture and a uniform yellow-orange colour. Produced by Greci Industria Alimentare in Ravadese (Parma), it is designed to dress pasta, rice and gnocchi, and to prepare fillings and soups in professional kitchens.
