Greci walnut sauce, a traditional Ligurian sauce made with walnuts (37%), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and garlic, with a light hazelnut colour and a semi-thick texture. Ready to use, it is ideal for dressing first courses and for garnishing savoury pastry in professional kitchens.

- Main ingredients: sunflower seed oil (49%), walnuts (37%), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (milk) (7%), milk protein, dextrose, salt, garlic (0.4%), antioxidant L-ascorbic acid, flavouring
- Storage: keep the closed tin in a cool, dry place; once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2-4 days. Minimum shelf life 14 months

Ideal for dressing pansotti, trofie, tagliatelle and ravioli in the Ligurian tradition. Also suggested for garnishing baked sformati, crespelle and savoury pastry. It pairs well with a drizzle of oil and a grating of Parmigiano to finish the dish.
