Round puccia made with re-milled durum wheat semolina, 13 cm in diameter and 125 g per piece. A pre-cooked bakery product with extra virgin olive oil in the dough, designed for fast service in hospitality and for both hot and cold fillings.

- Storage: fresh product +4°C (45 days); frozen -20°C (12 months); once opened, consume within 4 days and keep refrigerated at +4°C
