A savoury, spicy vegetable cream made from whole dried vegetables that are rehydrated, ground and blended with oil, seasonings and other ingredients. Produced by Greci in Parma, it is ideal for filling rolls, sandwiches and canapés and for preparing bruschetta in professional catering.
