A cream made with 70% porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and related group), partly chopped into pieces and partly blended, dressed with oil and aromatic ingredients. Produced by GRECI in Parma, it is ideal for soups, as a dressing for pasta or rice first courses, and for filling meats.

- Main ingredients: porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 70%, water, sunflower seed oil, flavouring, salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, yeast extract, acidity regulator citric acid. Gluten-free
- Storage: store at room temperature in a cool, dry place; once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2-3 days. Best before 36 months

Ideal for finishing risotto and tagliatelle, as a base for mushroom soups and veloutés, or for filling roasts and escalopes. Suitable for vegetarian and vegan dishes, it also works well on bruschetta and crostini in an Italian menu.
