A cream made from fresh artichokes, obtained from whole artichoke hearts partly finely ground and partly cut into pieces, blended with oil and aromatic ingredients. Its texture combines soft, clearly noticeable pieces with a creamy part, with an intense, lightly peppered artichoke flavour. Ideal for dressing pasta and rice, for filling, garnishing and preparing roasts.

- Main ingredients: artichokes 75%, sunflower seed oil 15%, water, salt, garlic, pepper, natural flavouring, yeast extract; acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant L-ascorbic acid
- Storage: 36 months in a cool, dry place; once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 7-8 days
- Allergens: may contain traces of milk and dairy, nuts. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs

Pairs well with long pasta and risottos, as a base for filling ravioli, canapés and bruschetta, or to enrich meat main courses. Suggested spread on crostini for aperitivo or as a quick condiment in service kitchens. Ideal in Italian cuisine to add character to first courses and starters.
