Selected, trimmed artichokes with a good portion of the stem retained, lightly seasoned and preserved in olive oil. Made by Greci with 100% Italian artichokes, they are ideal for antipasti and side dishes in the Roman and Jewish-Roman tradition.

Ideal as an antipasto or side dish, they pair well with cheese and a board of mixed charcuterie. Traditionally served Roman or Jewish-Roman style, they also work on buffets and bruschetta, or as a garnish for mains and pasta dishes. Drain from the oil before use and serve at room temperature.
