Red Onions of Tropea Calabria IGP, elongated variety, blanched and prepared sweet-and-sour with wine vinegar. Produced by Greci Industria Alimentare in Ravadese (Parma), they are firm and crunchy in texture, with a violet colour and the characteristic flavour of vinegared onion, ideal as a starter or side dish in hospitality.

- Storage: keep the sealed product in a cool, dry place; once opened refrigerate and consume within 7-8 days. Minimum shelf life 30 months
