Ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges and chunks, partially dried and flavoured with oil and aromatic herbs. Made by Greci with 100% Italian tomatoes, they are ideal for adding flavour and colour to mixed salads and skewers, and for dressing tasty pasta dishes in professional catering.
