Classic pinsa base, pre-cooked and frozen, ready to top and bake. The highly digestible dough is made from Italian artisan flours (wheat, wholemeal, rice): light and crunchy on the outside, soft inside. Designed for fast, versatile Ho.Re.Ca. service.
- Format: oval base 19x33 cm, approximately 250g, in food-grade bag
- Sold as: sold by the piece or by the case of 24
- Main ingredients: type 0 soft WHEAT flour, water, wholemeal durum WHEAT semolina, wholemeal soft WHEAT flour, rice flour, dried sourdough, salt, extra virgin olive oil, yeast
- Cooking: preheated oven at 250°C directly on the grill for 5-8 minutes; stone oven 280/300°C for 5-6 minutes; convection oven 250°C for 5 minutes
- Storage: -18°C until best before date; 18 months shelf life
