Mignon-sized rice bites, pre-fried and frozen, in three classic Roman recipes: amatriciana with tomato and guanciale, carbonara with egg and guanciale, and cacio e pepe with Pecorino Romano DOP and black pepper. All coated in a crispy breading with a soft filling.

- Cooking: deep-fry or pan-fry from frozen at 175°C for about 8-10 minutes, or fan oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes; rest for 1 minute before serving
