Pre-fried IQF frozen potatoes with a "steakhouse" cut and a nominal 20x10 mm section, produced by Pizzoli S.p.A. under the Professional "Casalinghe" line. Made from yellow-fleshed potatoes, they are crisp on the outside and soft inside, ready to cook for Ho.Re.Ca. service.
