White wheat focaccia with rosemary, fully baked and frozen, made in Belgium with extra virgin olive oil and rosemary (1%). Ready to refresh in the oven, it is designed for bread service in restaurants, bars and catering operations.
- Format: 5 pieces of 800 g (approx. 30 x 40 cm, 3 cm thick)

- Main ingredients: wheat semolina, wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary (1%), malt flour (wheat), yeast
- Cooking: defrost 30 min at 22°C, then bake 6 min at 220°C in a preheated oven
- Storage: keep at -18°C, do not refreeze after defrosting; 24 hours at +4°C once defrosted
- Allergens: cereals containing gluten (wheat); may contain traces of soya, milk, mustard
