Frozen Belgian waffle made with wheat flour, sugar (23%) and eggs, studded with the characteristic pearl-sugar grains. Designed to be served hot, it is ideal for breakfast buffets in hotels, coffee shops and counter desserts.

- Cooking: defrost 120 min at 22 °C, then bake 3-4 min at 200 °C; also suitable as Thaw & Serve
- Storage: keep at -18 °C, do not refreeze after defrosting; 1 day after baking at +21 °C
