Frozen grilled courgette slices under the GRAN MENU' brand by Orogel, of Italian origin. Cut lengthways and grilled, they show the typical grill marks and are ready to regenerate for sides, starters and fillings in professional kitchens.

- Sold as: sold by the case of 4 bags
- Main ingredients: courgettes
- Cooking: in a fan oven preheated to 180°C, spread the still-frozen slices with a drizzle of oil on a tray and cook for 7 minutes; alternatively in a pan with 1-2 tablespoons of oil, 6 minutes over low heat turning often. To be consumed after cooking
- Storage: frozen product; best before 30 months
- Allergens: no allergen present as an ingredient; possible traces due to processing on the same production site
- Origin: Italy
Ideal as a warm side dish alongside meat or fish mains, or served at room temperature as a starter with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. They work well in sandwiches, focaccia and piadina fillings, on a mixed grilled-vegetable platter or as a topping for pizzas and bruschetta.
