Frozen portioned leaf spinach under the GRAN MENU' brand by Orogel, grown in Italy following integrated production principles. Packed as handy individual cubes with an average weight of 70-90 g, ready to cook straight from frozen, ideal for high-turnover Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens.

- Cooking (per 1 kg of product, still frozen): steam oven at 98°C for 11 minutes; in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and a lid for 13 minutes over moderate heat; in a pot of boiling salted water for 11 minutes, then drain and squeeze gently
- Storage: keep frozen; best before 24 months
- Allergens: no allergens among the ingredients; possible traces, from the same production site, of gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, soy, milk, celery and molluscs

Ideal as a side dish sautéed with oil and garlic, or as a base for first courses, fresh pasta fillings, savoury tarts, soups and pizza toppings. Traditionally used in Italian cuisine for tortelli and crespelle fillings, it also suits spinach-based dishes from other cuisines. The cube portioning lets you measure quantities precisely while reducing kitchen waste.
