Pre-cooked Roman pinsa with an oval 35x25 cm shape, hand-stretched with a rice flour dusting and baked on refractory stone. An ideal base for pizzerias and Italian restaurants, with a crisp crust and a soft, airy crumb, ready to be topped and finished in the oven at service.
- Format: case of 6 packs, each with 2 pinsa of 250 g (500 g per pack), oval shape 35x25 cm

- Main ingredients: soft WHEAT flour type "0", water, yeast, salt, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, preservative (potassium sorbate)
- Cooking: professional oven 300°C for 3 minutes; domestic oven 220°C for 7-8 minutes, then top to taste
- Storage: fresh product at 0°C/+4°C, consume within 65 days; frozen product at -18°C, consume within 12 months
