Pre-cooked Roman pinsa with an oval 35x25 cm shape, hand-stretched with a rice flour dusting and baked on refractory stone. An ideal base for pizzerias and Italian restaurants, with a crisp crust and a soft, airy crumb, ready to be topped and finished in the oven at service.

  • Format: case of 6 packs, each with 2 pinsa of 250 g (500 g per pack), oval shape 35x25 cm

  • Main ingredients: soft WHEAT flour type "0", water, yeast, salt, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, preservative (potassium sorbate)
  • Cooking: professional oven 300°C for 3 minutes; domestic oven 220°C for 7-8 minutes, then top to taste
