Selected leaves from the caper plant, firm and crisp, with a balance between savoury intensity and a pleasant acidic note, preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Produced by Greci, they are suited to garnishing fish, meat and cooked or raw vegetable preparations in professional kitchens.
