Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea in olive oil, prepared entirely by hand by Greci Industria Alimentare. After catching, the anchovies are gutted, matured under salt and pressed, then filleted by hand and packed into the tin. Ideal for lifting antipasti, pizzas, sauces, first and main courses across Ho.Re.Ca. kitchens.
