Ripe Italian tomatoes, cut into wedges and partially dried, seasoned with sunflower oil and aromatic herbs such as mint, garlic, parsley and chilli. Gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans, they are ideal for adding flavour and colour to mixed salads, skewers and pasta dishes.
