Dry-cured pork neck coppa in netting, made from pork neck placed under salting, bagged in casing, tied with string, dried and then aged. Produced by Salumificio Bombieri in Buttapietra (VR), Italy, with no milk derivatives and no gluten. Red colour, delicate flavour, characteristic aroma.
- Format: sausage in netting, diameter 90-120 mm, length 280-350 mm, vacuum-packed in food film. Variable weight, approximately 1.5 kg.
- Sold as: sold by the piece (approximately 1.5 kg).
- Main ingredients: pork neck, salt, dextrose, spices, aromatic plants. Antioxidant E301, natural flavourings, preservatives E250 and E252. Non-edible casing.
- Storage: from +0° to +4°C (if vacuum-packed).
- Allergens: does not contain food allergens covered by Annex II to Reg. UE 1169/2011.
- Origin: raw materials sourced from countries of the European Community; produced in Italy.
Traditionally served thinly sliced on a mixed charcuterie board alongside salami and dry-cured ham. Ideal as an Italian-style antipasto with bread, grissini and cheeses, or paired with a glass of full-bodied red wine. Also works well filling rolls and focaccia for bar service.
