Red drop-shaped peppers of the capsicum Chinese variety, whole and with skin, preserved in a sweet-and-sour governing liquid. Produced by Greci Industria Alimentare in Parma, they are suited to preparing antipasti, side dishes, main courses and savoury tarts in professional kitchens.
