Granular vegetable stock preparation with a glutamate base, produced by Greci. It dissolves in boiling water to flavour vegetable soups, risottos and cooking bases, with a yield of up to 83 litres of stock per pack, designed for professional kitchens.

- Main ingredients: iodised sea salt (47%), monosodium glutamate, maize starch, rice flour, dehydrated vegetables (onion, celery, carrot, parsley, tomato), yeast extract, vegetable extract (soya), sugar, extra virgin olive oil (1%), aromas, spices. Gluten-free and lactose-free
- Preparation: dissolve about 9 g of product in 1 litre of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved; yields 83 litres per pack
- Storage: 24 months in a cool, dry place; once opened, keep refrigerated
