A spread made from good-quality green olives at the right stage of ripeness, blended with olive oil and produced by Greci in Ravadese (PR), Italy. A creamy, spreadable condiment with an intense green-olive flavour and a light note of capers and anchovies, ideal for hospitality use.

- Storage: store unopened in a cool, dry place; once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 5-6 days. Best before 36 months

Ideal as a spreadable condiment for crostini and tramezzini, for filling sandwiches and for savoury baking. Also suggested to enrich sauces and dressings, on an antipasti sharing platter or spread over bruschetta. Works well as a nibble alongside a glass of white wine.
