A preparation of mixed vegetables in oil, made with 12 selected vegetables, cut and preserved in sunflower seed oil. Designed for hospitality use as a versatile condiment, side dish or antipasto.

- Main ingredients: mixed vegetables in variable proportion (62%) – carrots, red and yellow peppers, celeriac, green and black olives, peas, gherkins, onions, green beans, artichokes, cultivated mushrooms, capers – sunflower seed oil (15%), wine vinegar, salt, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid. Gluten free
- Storage: 36 months unopened in a cool, dry place; once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2-4 days
- Allergens: celery; sulphur dioxide and sulphites (SO2 above 10 mg/kg)
