Frozen grilled aubergine sticks by OROGEL FOOD SERVICE, made from Italian-grown aubergines cultivated under integrated production principles. They come as individual, whole sticks, golden and crisp on the outside and tender inside, ready to regenerate as a side dish or starter in professional catering.

- Cooking: fan oven preheated to 180 °C for 6 minutes, spreading the product still frozen with a drizzle of oil, or in a non-stick pan with the lid on for 6 minutes over moderate heat; to be consumed only after cooking
